These people don't need to loose 20,30,or 40 pounds. They NEED to loose hundreds of pounds (some of them). I have a trainer friend that helped someone lose 100 pounds in six months, and he had a job, wife, and life! It is possible if you put the effort in. And let's be honest, most of these people wouldn't lose this weight if not in that environment. Watch some of the Where Are They Now episodes, they show plenty of contestants that not only kept the weight off, but use the knowledge they have gained to help others. I love TBL, they have helped over 200 morbidly obese people lose weight, and inspired millions of others to try a little bit harder as well! |
