Hi!

Thank you so much for creating an easy to use lightweight app that does exactly what is advertised.

My question is how can I change the email subject on the notifications. We are primarily an IP based shop here and for quick refrence I would like the email subject to be the descritiion and the status.

for example:
Check: 10.1.1.5 (ping)

I would like something line
Check: ROUTERNAME Status: Ok

Check: <description> Status: <status>

The information is in the email, but would be very useful in the subject becasue of how many devices we monitor via ip.
