Hello Scott,

you're not writing about which program language you're talking about, but I guess something like .NET, because there is quite a lot auto-generated code there.

There is no way to separate them by default, but probably you could exclude some files with auto-generated code (like the designer file code in .NET) by changing the exclude file mask in the program language configuration.
