Hello Phil, first thanks for your message! I gave it a try some minutes ago on the test system here, but I could not reproduce this problem. Therefore please try to download the current version from following page and just install it over your the old version on your system: http://www.ab-tools.com/en/software/freeimageprinter/ Does it work for you afterwards again?
