| I can install the program under Windows 7 x64, but I can't run the main executable kb.exe from the startmen� nor windows explorer.
There are no error messages and the program is only visible in the task manager. I can only access the custom dialogs in the printer preferences, nothing else. It seems the printer was successfully installed. I'm using the german version of Free Image Printer under Windows 7 x64 Professional, 16 GB RAM and Intel Core i5-2450. TIA! | |

| I can confirm this too.
The printer does not install in windows 7 or windows 8 x64. The interface does install but the print driver to do to image or PDF does not install. Error messages that this is not supported by this version of Windows. | |

| Installlation works in Windows 8.1 x64, but you have to start the install programm with compatibility settings. Choose the "suggested settings" (which is Window 7) and it will work. | |
