Hello Vikas,

I've tried to reproduce your problem, but it sends the notification mail in both cases (status change from OK to ERROR and in the other direction) in my test.

Please check if you activate the e-mail notification checkbox in the check configuration for both cases and if you specify an e-mail address also for both cases.

Please also check in the info dialog if you use the current version (1.0.7).
