Remote support
You came across a problem with one of our software products? Often it is easier for us if we can see a problem "with our own eyes". Therefore we provide following free service to our customers:
With the help of a special software we can see your monitor and this way we can solve the problem together with you. This means that an employee of the AB-Soft GmbH logs into your computer once. While our employee comes to the aid of you, you can watch the procedure on the monitor.
That's how it's working:
- You download and start the software for the remote support.
- Now you can see an ID that you provide to our employee by phone.
- This ID enables us the access your computer. Don't worry, others can't see anything.
- Do not provide this ID to anybody else!
