| Hi,
Is there a way of sending error emails to more than one email address? Also, I'm receiving a number of error emails at times when there doesn't appear to be a problem. I've increased the timeout to 9000milli secs and sent a continuous ping request to the deivce via the command line. I've had no timeouts from the command line but still received an error message from Check host. I do find check host a very useful tool! Thanks Steven | |

more than one e-mail recipient is possible in the new version Check Host Pro with many new features. You can find a list of new functions of Check Host Pro here: http://www.ab-tools.com/en/software/checkhost/moreinfo/ Of course, the old Check Host will stay freeware. But please understand that due to the extensive development effort for the extended version Check Host Pro, we cannot make this new version free of charge. sorry, but in the current version there is no option to send the notification to more than one e-mail address. You could only add another check for the second one. Regarding the error messages: that's a strange issue. Do you check the other device also with the ping method in Check Host or do you use a socket connection here? Best regards Andreas | |

Thanks for the very quick reply! I have noted in earlier posts that you may add a multiple email address function in the future. This would just save my email account managing this as a rule. Yes I use the ping method in Check Host. I haven't tried the socket connection yet but this could be an option if need be. Thanks Steven | |
