A few features I would be glad to see in this app:
1. Perform first check of new host immediately after saving (not only after check interval)
2. Feature to scan html page on given URL in order to find given word or find it's absence, for example "Error"
3. Show "Down since", "Up since" time, average ping delay, calculate uptime, downtime, percents and so on
4. Save log file not only on exit, but periodically, in order to analyze data by external tools
5. Make app portable (don't use registry, but ini or xml or db file in programs folder) - but it's already good to have save/restore DB feature.
