Minor melodic scales

Melodic menor scales
I suggest changing the names:
Melodic minor ascending
Melodic minor descending

Hello Katia,

currently there is only one "Melodic Minor" scale. So what exactly you suggest to change in this name?

Best regards
Andreas

See the example in A minor

Melodic minor ascending: A,B,C,D,E,F#,G#,A
Melodic minor descending: A,B,C,D,E,F,G,A

The melodic minor scale going up has the 6th and the 7th changed
The melodic minor scale descend loses these alterations being alike the natural scale

My suggestion is that the melodic minor scale be shown these two parts: ascending and descending

The user will know that for descending scale executes from the left to the right

Hello Katia,

OK, thanks, I see.

It'll be changed with the next program update.

Best regards
Andreas
