| how can i uninstall this program from a computer, pls kindly let me know, because everytime from control panel we choose uninstall a window opens with a message that this program is running & we are unable to uninstall it, pls urgently let us know

| Hello,
you can uninstall SolidLicense normally from the Windows control panel. If the interactive license generator is still running, you need to close it first, of course. Best regards Andreas | |

| Hello,
to be honest I don't understand the problem: the interactive license generator is just a simple Windows program. So you can close it the same way as you close all other Windows programs. If you want to check in the Task Manager if it's not running anymore: the process name would be "GeneratorGuiHash.exe". Best regards Andreas | |
